NATO is always improving its operation planning and decision making processes. Wargaming proved to be a very good tool in support of problem analysis, experimentation, course of action comparison, solution design, training, and education. Therefore, NATO intends to increase its capability to design wargames for the military.

This Wargame Design Challenge aims at identifying innovative ways to design wargames in support of NATO operations.
