SemantIQ Nexus — A European Answer to Cyber Threat Intelligence: Decision Support, Not Just Feeds Markus Riegler, SOC Business Development Manager, ACP IT Solutions Europe still consumes threat intelligence on other people's terms: foreign platforms, foreign clouds, rigid data models. SemantIQ-Nexus, developed in Austria, is a graph-based and ontology-independent CTI platform built from an intelligence perspective — every single claim keeps its source, its confidence and its history instead of being flattened into one "truth". It delivers what management actually needs: situation reports, timeline analysis and decision support, produced by CTI AI agents that carry the analytical load while the human analyst keeps the judgement. And it runs where the data has to stay — on-premises and fully air-gapped, with the AI models delivered in a box. This talk shows where SemantIQ Nexus stands today and where it is headed. Built not for the hype cycle but for organisations determined to keep control of their own information — and their own analysis |

Cyber Defense Innovation, panel discussion Stanislav Novotný, Czech Cyber TV (moderator) As cyber threats continue to grow in scale, complexity, and impact, innovation has become a critical enabler of effective cyber defense. This panel will explore how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, threat intelligence, and cyber resilience solutions, are transforming the way governments, defense organizations, critical infrastructure operators, and private-sector entities protect their digital assets. Experts from industry, government, academia, and the cybersecurity community will discuss current developments, practical experiences, and future trends shaping the next generation of cyber defense capabilities in an increasingly contested digital environment. |

Barriers & Triage Are Not Viable National Security Strategies Gentry Lane, CEO & Founder, Nemesis Global Despite decades of innovation and investment, cybersecurity outcomes have not materially improved. Cyber defenders are trapped in a relentless reactive cycle of alerts, triage, investigations, and patch catch-up, yet adversaries are not deterred. Applying military strategic logic, this talk reframes corporate cyber vulnerability as a national security problem and shows why current cybersecurity practices will never suffice to deter or deny nation state aggressors. |

Hybrid Threats, your control room is a target! Dr. Johan J. de Wit MSMSc., Technical Officer Enterprise Security, Siemens Smart Infrastructure – Buildings The current turbulent geopolitical and social situation is forcing the organizations to adapt to new, hybrid threats and actors. Both public and private professionals will need to be aware of their role—and especially their vulnerabilities—in this new, uncertain, and dynamic environment. Especially control rooms, often monitoring and managing operations and therefor a ‘crown-jewel’, have become prime targets. Are you, and more important, is your operations staff, aware of this? Let’s discuss Operational Technology (OT), their characteristics, and unknown vulnerabilities. |

From IT to OT: Managing Cyber Risks in Converged and Hybrid Environments, panel discussion Roman Jašek, Tomas Bata University (moderator) Digital transformation is accelerating the convergence of IT and OT environments while introducing new challenges related to data integrity, trusted information, and cyber resilience. This panel will examine current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and practical challenges affecting critical infrastructure, industrial systems, and digital ecosystems. Beyond technical aspects of IT/OT convergence, the discussion will also address the growing importance of detecting manipulated or false data, strengthening information integrity, and enhancing cooperation between government authorities and the private sector in responding to modern cyber threats. Experts from industry, government, and academia will share lessons learned, best practices, and perspectives on building resilient and trustworthy digital environments. |
